this is how my heart behaves.

As I sit here listening to Feist,
I'm reminded of last night.
I still can't believe we spent all day together yesterday,
and what's more bizarre is the fact that it felt right.

spending time with your mom was great,
as always.
she has some of the best advice I've ever received
and once again;
thank you, thank you, thank you, for the spa day.
even though your mom booked us in the same room,
that called for some awkwardness but at least we got to talk right?

tell your baby brother i said happy birthday,
and give him a big kiss for me.
WHOO for turning 12!

i'm actually really glad that we spent time the night talking,
talking about everything that was on our minds.
everything that i needed to hear from you,
and everything to let the both of us move on.
